Cheshire and Merseyside Carers Charter
Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership has made a pledge to carers in its Interim Strategy (2023-2028).
Our mission is to work in partnership with carers and carer support organisations to develop and implement a Carers Strategic Framework for Cheshire and Merseyside. Our vision is for all carers in Cheshire and Merseyside to have the support they need and recognition they deserve.
The Joint Forward Plan specifies that we will publish a Carers Charter for Cheshire and Merseyside ICB by December 2023 and promote sign off with regional and local stakeholders. This first version of the Carers Charter fulfils this promise.
The Carers Charter has been developed by Cheshire and Merseyside Strategic Carers Partnership Group. We will continue to engage with carers and feedback will be reflected in further updates of the charter. Your feedback is welcome: communications@cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk.
