Amanda joins the team as Interim Place Director for Warrington, bringing extensive experience in strategic health and care leadership across Cheshire and Warrington. She is committed to fostering integrated, place-based approaches that deliver improved outcomes and value for local communities.

Amanda’s public sector career spans local government and NHS roles, leading transformational change and commissioning programmes, most recently as Associate Director for Transformation and Partnerships in Warrington. This role provided the opportunity to develop detailed knowledge of the commissioning infrastructure across Health and Care and build excellent relationships with partners.

Amanda led transformation projects at Cheshire West and Chester Council and worked in senior commissioning roles in West Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) prior to it being merged into the larger Cheshire CCG where she was the Associate Director of Strategy & Partnership for Cheshire, responsible for portfolios including prevention, “living well,” and new models of care. In this role she supported integrated commissioning and delivery across health and care.

She holds an MBA and is qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and MSP Practitioner. Amanda’s leadership style is collaborative, outcome-focused, and rooted in translating strategy into practical delivery through strong partnerships with local stakeholders.
