Erica Morriss

Erica had a corporate banking career spanning more than 30 years, which provided valuable experience across many areas such as corporate strategy, digital transformation, change management, enhancing customer service and people development. She also has a solid understanding of financial oversight and risk.

Erica has a keen interest in frontline services, honed through multiple senior operations roles. She is a Board member of Healthwatch Cheshire, Trustee of Citizens Advice Cheshire, Non-Executive Director of Castles & Coasts Housing Association and Partner Governor of Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Her passion is working with organisations that strive to improve wellbeing in local communities.

In addition to the Integrated Care Board, Erica serves on both the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
