Palliative and End of Life Care - NHS Cheshire and Merseyside

The Cheshire and Merseyside Palliative and End of Life Clinical Network (PEOLCN) provides support to the ICB Palliative and End of Life Care programme.

The aim of the programme is to enable access to good quality end of life care equitably across Cheshire and Merseyside supporting people to live well before they die with peace in the place of their choosing.
