Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Launches the Big Conversation to Shape Healthier Futures

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) is launching the Big Conversation, a large-scale engagement programme running from March to May 2025, aimed at gathering insights from staff, patients, and the community to help shape the future of healthcare.

The programme includes a series of forums designed to encourage open dialogue and collaboration including:

  • Dedicated forums engaging staff, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Community Forums: With sessions in Cheshire East and in Cheshire West – the first session taking place in Nantwich Civic Hall between 9.30am and 12.30pm on Friday 28 March. For a full list of forum dates, please visit www.mcht.nhs.uk/BigConversation
  • Focused Discussions: Covering Models of Care, sustainability, and the new hospital project.
  • Interactive Sessions: Including ‘world café’ style discussions, marketplace displays, and a feedback wall to ensure all voices are heard.
