NHS Cheshire and Merseyside and Wellbeing Enterprises CIC shortlisted for Liverpool City Region Culture and Creativity Awards 2025

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside (Halton Place) and Wellbeing Enterprises CIC are delighted to be finalists in the Health and Wellbeing category at the prestigious Liverpool City Region Culture and Creativity Awards 2025.

The Liverpool City Region Culture and Creativity Awards celebrate the transformative power of culture and creativity across the region’s six boroughs. Now in their sixth year, the awards honour individuals, organisations, and projects that make a positive impact on the community.

The We Connect initiative in partnership with NHS Cheshire and Merseyside (Halton Place) has been recognised for its transformative approach to improving population health and wellbeing.

This holistic social prescribing service, integrated with all GP practices in Halton, is supporting thousands of patients every year by addressing the root causes of poor health and helping people overcome practical, social and emotional challenges in creative ways.

The We Connect service helps people to help themselves overcome challenges, build capabilities and live a good life.
