Prescribing
The NHS Cheshire and Merseyside Area Prescribing Group (APG) and its subgroups provide a framework to coordinate the integration of safe, clinically effective and cost-effective medicines across Cheshire and Merseyside. Improved outcomes and an improved experience for patients are central to the decision-making process.
The APG is a professional group consisting of GPs, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals who are responsible for ensuring robust standards and governance for decision-making.
