This interactive discussion covered several key topics, including evaluating inclusion and exclusion criteria, assessing the effectiveness of case finders, and sharing best practices among peers.

Our neighbouring integrated care board (ICB), East Lancashire and Cumbria, presented their journey, and the NHS England Northwest Regional Team were in attendance to respond to any questions, along with the Virtual Ward Programme Team.
